Shipping & Delivery Policy

If you are purchasing from our Hong Kong Handmade Singing Bowl Experts online store, Hong Kong local customers are eligible to enjoy our delivery service; otherwise all related delivery cost, taxation and other affiliated cost will be bear by consumer. We would arrange a courier provider to deliver your order to your location as requested. After the order is confirmed, we will send you an electronic receipt or a handwritten receipt with company stamp, and photos or videos of the actual products for customers to confirm on its intact condition and quality. Only after customers’ confirmation of their product, we would begin the process of delivery. Customers can request for insurance for the delivery before we send out. The insurance cost of delivery will be borne by customers.

• All orders are calculated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) only

• Our store accepts credit card (Visa/ Master/ AE), Wechat pay, Alipay HK, FPS, Apple/ Google pay, Union Pay 

 

Delivery Instructions
For every single order that has the total amount of HKD4000, Hong Kong local customers are eligible to enjoy a free delivery service from us. Otherwise for orders that are under HKD4000, customers can still enjoy delivery service, but are responsible solely for the delivery fee incurred (‘pay by the receiver’). The delivery fee is determined by the receiving locations and total weight of the order package, plus tax will be bear by customer as according to their local policy. We cover delivery to Hong Kong, Macau and some other Overseas areas. Customers can refer the delivery fee to the official service & rates chart as posted on the official website of the following suggested courier providers.

Delivery Method

• Our main delivery provider is SF Express

Drop-off points: Industrial/ commercial address, SF locker, SF stores, SF business station or convenience stores

※ To ensure accurate delivery, please better use Chinese address

※ If customer chooses SF service, please provide store code (Store code)

※ Do not add space or country code 852 when inputting contact number

※ Orders with incorrect recipient's information (Eg: address/phone number) will be on hold for 7 days, and will be automatically canceled afterwards if correct information is not updated within the period.

 

• Customers are required to notify us if they wish to deliver with DHL, and pre-pay of the estimated delivery fee is required in order to proceed. If the pre-pay of the estimated delivery fee is higher than that amount shown on the DHL invoice for the corresponding order, we would return the difference to customers in other methods; if the pre-pay is lower, we would help customers to pay the difference in advanced, and recourse the difference with the proof of the invoice.

 

Delivery Procedure

After placing your order, the products will be wrapped and sent from our physical store via a courier provider to our customers. Tracking number would be found in the order history or received via whatsapp message within 3-5 working days. Customers can track and trace the order online for their delivery status and location.

Delivery Enquiry

After a successful order placement and product confirmation via Whatsapp, orders usually ship within 7~10 business days during non-sale periods. Depending on the logistic situation, the delivery time may vary. (For pre-orders, please refer to the description box.)

 

In the case of any disputes, Hong Kong Handmade Singing Bowl Expert reserves the right of final decision.
